Epidemic Email Deliverability Problem

Solve Email Deliverabilty Problems

What is Delivery Monitor?

Deliverymonitor.com enables an opt-in email senders to track their campaign delivery to the world's top ISP's automatically. Statistics are calculated showing the percentage of email arriving in a users inbox, bulk box, or go entirely missing. This is accomplished by the mailing list owner seeding their existing subscriber list with email addresses located at top ISP's. When a newsletter is sent, the seed addresses are also sent a copy of the issue. We are then able to check those mailboxes and create a detailed delivery report of the newsletter.

"If your list means money, you are leaving piles of it on the table..."

"I've been complaining about email deliverability for several years now. But short of abandoning my weekly eight-year-old newsletter (with +76,000 verified subscribers), I didn't know what to do about it. When I learned about Delivery Monitor, I signed up immediately. Am I glad I did? I'll let you decide."

"In the four weeks that I've been with Delivery Monitor, my delivery has increased from 83% to 97%. For a list my size, that means 10,640 additional readers are getting my newsletter! What are 10,640 subscribers worth to me? Well, I won't divulge that figure, but rest assured it is certainly way more than Delivery Monitor costs."

"If your list means money, you are leaving piles of it on the table if you don't sign up for Delivery Monitor today."

Solving Deliverability Problems

You'll want to watch the delivery of several newsletters or other opt-in content you've sent to your subscriber base. You do this to determine if all of your email to that ISP is being blocked or if only some of the email is being blocked.

If only some of it is being blocked, you are likely to be hitting a content filter. If all of it is being blocked, you are most likely hitting an IP blacklist.

With this information in hand you can use the DeliveryMonitor.com ISP Information center to learn more about the ISP or domain you are having delivery issues with.

If that ISP has any type of whitelisting processes setup you can link directly to those forms to submit your sending IP's and other pertinent information. Even if you're not having delivery problems it's always a good idea to submit for whitelisting at ISP's that support it.

For ISP's that don't have whitelisting mechanisms you may need to contact them via email or phone to open a trouble ticket so they can research and determine exactly why your messages are being rejected. All appropriate contact phone numbers and email addresses are provided in the ISP Information section.

We put together Delivery Monitor to enable others who are trying to tackle and solve their deliverability issues to have the best tools and information possible to solve those problems.
